İnper General Manager Özcan Kaya explained that perlite material is used in the agricultural sector for seedling, resource and pesticide saving, and soilless fruit and vegetable cultivation; “Perlite, which facilitates nutrient uptake as it keeps the water retention and ventilation capacity of the environment high, is also a sterile product that prevents the formation of cream layer and slime on the plant. Since it does not contain any diseases, fungi, insect infestation, seeding or grazing, it can be used without the need for pesticide application.” said.
